Our 5-Point Landlord’s Service Guarantee

  1. Personal service

    You will always deal with one of our principals – Rosie, Leta or John – and never a junior or assistant. We will promptly inform you of any important matter relating to your property.

  2. Prompt communications

    If your property manager is unavailable during business hours and you leave a voicemail, your call will be returned the same day. Email messages will be attended to within one business day.

  3. Finding suitable tenants

    We will personally show all prospective tenants through your property, and conduct comprehensive identity and reference checks. We will discuss the merits of prospective tenants we recommend before you make your selection.

  4. Rent collection

    We employ sophisticated systems to minimise arrears. In the event a tenant does fall behind with their rent, we will pursue the arrears as promptly and persistently as the law allows.

  5. Property inspections

    We will conduct as many thorough condition inspections as you require (up to four per year, the maximum allowed under the tenancy legislation). We will supply detailed written condition reports including photographs and a schedule of recommended maintenance.

If at any time we fail to deliver this standard of service we will waive our management fees for the following two months.
